Features
Windows 10 or newer and Android 12 or newer.
BYOK (bring your own keys) services are free third-party tools that power optional features: LocationIQ for maps and routing, and WeatherAPI for job site weather. None are required. You only need to set them up if you want those features. All optional features are OFF by default — enable only what you need in Settings → Optional Features.
A pre-built collection of service items and packages specific to your trade. Add items to your personal library in one tap, then use them to build quotes and packages without typing everything from scratch.
Recurring clients follow a full lifecycle. Create a new recurring client as a draft, send them a quote for your service agreement, convert to active once approved, log visits on their scheduled days, and mark as complete when the job is done. You can also pause a recurring client temporarily. Completed clients move to History → Paid Visits.
Tap Share Quote or Share Invoice on the job sheet. The app opens your device's share sheet so you can send via Gmail, Messages, WhatsApp, or any other app. You can also attach a branded PDF alongside the text message. Clients approve by replying to your message.
Appointment types let you label and color-code your scheduled work. Create types like Estimate, Maintenance, or Deep Clean in Configurations → Appointment Types, pick a color for each, and assign them when scheduling. Your calendar shows colored sections per day so you can see what kind of work fills each day at a glance.
When you log supply costs on a job, the app compares the supply cost against the job total to calculate your margin. Margin is shown per job and averaged on the dashboard so you can see how profitable your work actually is.
